About Baha
The origin of Baha Village is inseparable from and begins with the development of community life during the kingdom era in Bali. It is said that after the Bedahulu kingdom with its king Sri Gajah Waktra with his two famous patihs namely Kebo Iwa and Pasung Gerigis in the year 1265 was successfully conquered by the Majapahit army led by the prime minister Gajah Mada, the community situation became chaotic, riots occurred everywhere, this was caused by the leadership of the kingdom being empty because Majapahit could not yet determine / place a king in Bali. To overcome this problem with the permission of the Majapahit king to the Patih wulung and community leaders to determine / choose a king to fill the leadership in Bali. Then I Gusti Agung Pasek Gelgel was crowned as the king of Bali with the title Kyayi Gusti Agung Pasek Gelgel.
